Parkour offers a great high intensity workout experience straight from the top of New York.
The game is set on parkour routes across the Manhattan skyscraper rooftops and whoever hits the best route and gets the fastest time in the most agile way, wins.
Playing parkour raises your heartbeat, increases the oxygen intake and engages almost every muscle group, with more focus put on the lower and mid body. It´s perfect as a warm up session before you hit the weights or as a great way to sharpen your cognitive skills and your memory by trying to remember and repeat the fastest routes.
By the way - By adding equipment from your gym, you can increase the difficulty and intensify the workout even further. We have a bunch of ideas, so feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help.
